RHYTHM BLISS

About Rhythm Bliss
From Alexandra and Michael’s first fateful encounter on a blind date in 1996 (on which they ended up playing music together into the early morning hours), they have connected through their shared love of rhythm, movement and song.
Soon after, their first family band formed - first with cousins and parents and eventually with their own children (Benjamin, Camille and Jesse), nieces and nephews. So began a 25 year - and counting - synergistic collaboration combining their unique talents, expertise and passion.
Initially through Drum Mama Studios (the in-person Vancouver-based hand drumming school and community created by Alexandra and nurtured by Michael) and now via a growing global group of online rhythm enthusiasts, their inspiration and passion for spreading joy, connection and healing through mindful hand drumming, music and movement, continues to resonate and reverberate, sending waves of Rhythm Bliss out across the world and beyond.
